I am an experienced litigator, having specialised in dispute resolution since I qualified as a solicitor in 2003. I have represented both defenders and pursuers in all areas of personal injury litigation, including accidents at work, medical negligence and road traffic accidents. I have represented clients in Sheriff Courts across the country, and in the Sheriff Appeal Court.  I am experienced in dealing with high value, complex claims in the Court of Session.  I have been involved in appeals to the United Kingdom Supreme Court.

I am part of Lefevres’ mass litigation unit, which coordinates group claims raised by multiple claimants.  I have secured compensation for individuals affected by defective medical devices and pharmaceutical products. I am involved in the first court action raised in Scotland under new rules introduced for group proceedings. I have represented hundreds of clients seeking compensation from car manufacturers in connection with “defeat devices” fitted to car engines,  which were allegedly designed to artificially lower polluting emissions levels.
